Custom UI rendering
Render form questions inside your own components — buttons, inputs, ratings — with no encatch widget visible.
Hybrid Forms
Write hooks in your web or mobile app to render forms entirely in your own components. Your design system. Your interactions. Your code. encatch handles the logic, targeting, and data pipeline behind the scenes.
const { FormRenderer } =
useEncatchForm('nps-2024', {
onSubmit: handleFeedback,
});
return <FormRenderer />;Encatch handles
How it works
Hybrid Forms separates the rendering layer from the feedback infrastructure — giving developers full control over the experience while encatch handles everything underneath.
Standard feedback tools let you change colours and fonts. Hybrid Forms goes further: your team writes the actual UI components that render each question. The result feels like a native part of your product — because it is.

Feedback infrastructure
Most teams evaluate feedback tools by their UI. With Hybrid Forms, the UI is yours. encatch becomes the infrastructure beneath it — the engine that qualifies users, manages form logic, collects responses, and routes data to your destinations. Your product stays consistent. Your users never know encatch is there.
What you own vs. what encatch handles
Full capabilities
Hybrid Forms gives you full access to the encatch form engine, segmentation, and data pipeline — while your team owns every pixel of the user experience.
Render form questions inside your own components — buttons, inputs, ratings — with no encatch widget visible.
Works with any web framework. A single hook gives you FormRenderer, submit, and event callbacks — drop it anywhere in your stack.
Mobile SDKs expose the same hook pattern for iOS and Android apps — including native iOS, Android, macOS, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Compose Multiplatform SDKs.
Point AI at the encatch SDK schema and it writes the integration for you — cheap to build, high UX payoff.
Handle form submission events in your own code — pipe data to your analytics, CRM, or state management.
All question types, conditional logic, and branching still managed by encatch — your UI just renders the output.
The same real-time segmentation engine controls which form appears and when — no extra configuration needed.
Responses flow back to encatch automatically — reports, exports, and destinations work without additional setup.
Use your exact typography, spacing, colour tokens, and interaction patterns — zero style leakage from encatch.
Data masking and consent management apply to hybrid forms just as they do to standard ones.
The same form definition powers web, React Native, and Flutter — configure once, render natively everywhere. Native iOS, Android, macOS, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Compose Multiplatform SDKs are also available.
AI-assisted translation works the same for hybrid forms — your custom UI displays the correct locale automatically.

A little more detail
Common questions about rendering encatch forms inside your own UI via SDK hooks.
Encatch has SDKs for web, React Native, and Flutter, plus native iOS, Android, macOS, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Compose Multiplatform SDKs. Forms open inside the app as a modal or inline view, with no browser redirect, and for always-on surveys you can render the form in your own UI components with the SDK's hooks, so it matches your design system on every platform.
Yes. Encatch's Flutter SDK shows the form inside your app, as a modal or inline, without opening a browser. For a fully native look, render the form with your own Flutter widgets through the SDK's hooks.
Use the React Native SDK's hooks to render the form in your app's own components, so the survey matches your design system exactly, with no third-party widget. Encatch still handles targeting, triggers, and response collection.
That's Encatch's core architecture. A developer installs the SDK once, along with any user traits or events you want to target on. Every survey created, targeted, and launched after that runs from the PM's dashboard, with no further engineering involvement.
Encatch supports A/B/N experiments with configurable traffic splits and phased rollouts 10%, 25%, 50%, 100%. Compare each variant's responses in its reports before committing to a full rollout.
Encatch includes built-in fatigue controls. Each form can be set to show once per session or on a time-based frequency, and to stop once a user dismisses, partially completes, or completes it. Targeting can exclude users with recent responses, and on Growth, throttling sets a minimum gap between any two surveys for the same user and caps how often forms are shown or answered. All of it is set in the dashboard, with no code change.
Not ready for an SDK install? Start with a shareable link to the same form, then add the SDK when you're ready. Same form, same dashboard.
Your next step
Install the SDK, drop a hook, and let AI write the integration. Your feedback experience will feel like it was built from scratch — because it was. Just not the hard parts.
