Encatch has a permanent Free plan. Paid plans start at $29/month for Team and $39/month for Growth ($24 and $32 billed annually) at 1,000 MAU. Every new account also gets a 1-month Growth trial, no credit card required. Dedicated in-app survey tools typically start between $120 and $300 a month.
Paid plans are priced by monthly active users (MAU), from 1,000 to 140,000 MAU self-serve; from 150,000 MAU, talk to sales. Team and Growth include unlimited responses (fair usage is 20× your MAU limit per billing cycle), and there are no per-response fees or overage charges. If you reach your MAU limit, new users simply won't see forms until you move to a higher tier.
Encatch Team starts at $29/month ($24 billed annually), with pricing published on the site. 1Flow starts at $200/month billed annually and Sprig doesn't publish its pricing. Encatch's Free plan never expires and includes 10 active forms and 100 responses a month. Monthly plans are recurring payments billed each month. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and renew automatically — effectively 12 months for the price of 10, a ~16% saving compared to monthly billing — and usage limits still reset every month. Yes. On monthly plans, switching between Team and Growth or changing your MAU tier takes effect immediately, with the difference prorated and your billing cycle restarting on the change date. If a downgrade leaves unused value, it's kept as credit on your subscription with Dodo Payments and applied to your future renewals or upgrades; it isn't paid back to your card. Annual plans are paid upfront, so contact support to change one mid-term. Moving from a paid plan to Free happens when your current paid cycle ends. See the Billing FAQ for details.
We accept all major credit cards and popular payment providers. For enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers. We use Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record (MOR) — all payment processing, billing compliance, and card data handling is managed by them; we never see or store your card details. Dodo Payments is PCI DSS compliant and handles transactions securely on our behalf.
We never overcharge for overages — if usage exceeds your plan limits, we absorb that burden rather than passing surprise charges to you. Our systems are designed to stop over-usage in near real time, with only a seconds-to-minutes delay in usage sync. You can monitor usage from the billing dashboard. Tracked events, page views and AI credits can be topped up with add-ons from the billing screen. A response is one partial or fully submitted form submission from an in-app feedback form or survey link tied to your workspace. Impressions or dismissals without any submission do not count toward your monthly response limit. Free vs paid caps and fair usage are explained in Usage Limits.
We don't offer cash refunds unless required by law or expressly stated in an applicable Enterprise Agreement. Credit from a plan downgrade stays on your subscription with Dodo Payments and is applied to future renewals or upgrades; it isn't paid out to your payment method. If you experience issues, reach out to our support team and we'll make it right.
