General FAQ

The organization owner is the user who has created the organization. To change the organization owner, you need to contact us at support@encatch.com.

To delete the organization, you need to contact us at support@encatch.com.

You can add a new member to the organization by going to the organization menu in your dashboard and clicking the add member button.

Every plan includes AI credits each month (100 on Free, 500 on Team, 1,000 on Growth), and you can add more with AI Credits add-ons. These features use AI credits:

• AI form generation with Encatch AI
• Feedback Intelligence analysis (1 credit per analysis run)
• Encatch AI filters on destinations (Jev filters have no extra cost while Jev is experimental)
• AI translation of questions
• AI translation of responses
• AI Refine text, when respondents refine their answers

Analyse with your AI and the Encatch MCP server use your own AI tool, not encatch AI credits. See Usage Limits for details.

Data pipeline triggers are destination runs: each time a feedback submission is processed by a configured destination.

• A submission processed by a destination counts, whether the message is delivered or dropped by the destination's filter.
• Destination processes that use AI, such as Encatch AI filters, also count.
