Overview

Per Form Analysis provides detailed analytics and management for each individual feedback form. Unlike the project-wide Overview dashboard, this view focuses on a single feedback configuration, giving you insights into audience behavior, responses, and distribution settings.

Data Points

Per Form Analysis includes the following sections, accessible via the top navigation tabs:

• Overview — Key metrics with Feedback Intelligence, Engagement, Demographics, and Survey flow tabs
• Responses Summary — Aggregated summary of all responses to the feedback form
• Individual Responses — Browse and manage each submission individually

Use the date range selector (e.g., "Last 7 Days") and condition filters to narrow down the data. The dashboard also provides actions such as stopping feedback collection and exporting or printing reports.

Report Views

• Overview — Form-level intelligence, engagement, demographics, and survey flow
• Responses Summary — Summary of all responses
• Individual Responses — View and manage each response

Actions

Actions sits beside Results on the form. It is available after you publish. It has two options:

• Sample Data — Generate responses for the published form. On Results, switch between Live data and Sample data.
• Purge Data — Remove this form's responses. On an archived form, this is the only Actions option.
